Return Policy Cloud 9

Cloud 9 Lingerie Boutique values our customers and believes customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We also understand there will be ocassions when you may need to return or exchange an item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, rest assured as we will accept returns within 10 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

Please note all returned items must be in original packaging with all original tags attached. Items which have been washed, worned, have odors such as perfume or cigarettes will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In addition, all garments which come in contact with genitals are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Other returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are aslo not able to refund shipping fees.
